Inform/Acknowledge Template for
Redistribution of Mesonet Data

This is an agreement between <NAME OF USER>,
an authorized user of restricted Mesonet data,
and <NAME OF RECIPIENT>,

an allowable recipient of such data.

Mesonet data is restricted in that it can only be made available to certain recipients. The set of allowable recipients is defined
by each individual Mesonet data provider, and there is no expiration on this restriction. For the purposes of this specific agreement,
the type of Mesonet data in question is:

<TYPE OF MESONET DATA TO BE REDISTRIBUTED>

and the user hereby certifies that the intended recipient of the redistribution is indeed an allowable recipient according to the rules established by the individual provider of this particular type of Mesonet data.

In addition, the user hereby informs the intended recipient of the following disclaimer pertaining to restricted Mesonet data:

"NOAA/ESRL/GSD and the Mesonet data providers disclaim liability of any kind whatsoever, including, without limitation, liability for quality, performance, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose arising out of the use or inability to use the data."

As a condition of receiving access to the restricted Mesonet data listed above, the recipient hereby acknowledges understanding of the above information and agrees to abide by it.
