GOES-E MDS Sector 1 will be centered over 39.4N/97.2W from
1200Z to 15/1200Z in support of severe wx ops in the
Central Plains and a radar outage at WFO Goodland, KS (GLD).

GOES-E MDS Sector 2 will be centered over 1.2S/78.6W from
2100Z to 15/2100Z in support of an international request
for severe wx ops associated with El Nino in Ecuador.
