Rawinsonde Decoder

The NCEP Rawinsonde Decoder parses reports of the following formats into the NCEP Decoder Interface Format:

	
PILOT       - WMO FM 32-I
	
PILOT SHIP  - WMO FM 33-IX
	
PILOT MOBIL - WMO FM 34-IX
	
TEMP        - WMO FM 35-X Ext.
	
TEMP SHIP   - WMO FM 36-X Ext.
	
TEMP DROP   - WMO FM 37-X Ext.
	
TEMP MOBIL  - WMO FM 38-X Ext.
