This is an agreement between <NAME OF USER>,
an authorized user of restricted Surface Ship data,
and <NAME OF RECIPIENT>,
an allowable recipient of such data.
Surface Ship data is restricted in that it cannot be made available (with unique (non-masked) callsigns and their corresponding locations) to anyone within NOAA, the National Weather Service, other agencies of the U.S. government, educational institutions, research groups, foreign agencies/governments, or anyone in the general public at any time. Only NCEP users may have access to the data, and then only for use in modeling systems, forecasts, or verification codes.
As a condition of receiving access to this data, the recipient hereby acknowledges understanding of this restriction and agrees to abide by it.
