for Redistribution of ACARS/AMDAR Data
This is an agreement between <NAME OF USER>,
an authorized user of restricted ACARS/AMDAR data,
and <NAME OF RECIPIENT>,
an allowable recipient of such data.
ACARS/AMDAR data is restricted in that it can only be made available within agencies of the U.S. government until 48 hours have elapsed from the observation time of the data, and after which time it can then be made freely available to the general public without restriction. As a condition of receiving access to this data within the initial 48-hour window, the recipient hereby acknowledges understanding of this restriction and agrees to abide by it.
