MOVA2I

The MOVA2I function moves a bit string from a CHARACTER*1 to INTEGER.

USAGE:     I = MOVA2I(A)

   INPUT ARGUMENT :
      A         CHARACTER*1 variable that holds the bitstring to extract

   RETURN ARGUMENT :
      MOVA2I    INTEGER Value of the bitstring in character a
