IDSDEF

The IDSDEF routine sets default decimal scalings.

USAGE:    CALL IDSDEF(IPTV,IDS)

   Input arguments:
      IPTV         PARAMTER TABLE VERSION (ONLY 1 OR 2 IS RECOGNIZED)

   Output arguments:
      IDS          INTEGER (255) DECIMAL SCALINGS
                   (UNKNOWN DECIMAL SCALINGS WILL NOT BE SET)
