ERRMSG

The ERRMSG rountine writes a message to standard error.

USAGE:    CALL ERRMSG(CMSG)

   Input arguments:
      CMSG         CHARACTER*(*) MESSAGE TO WRITE

Remark:
       This is a machine-dependent subprogram.
