PR_UWND

The PR_UWND function computes UWND from SPED and DRCT i
            or UKNT from SKNT and DRCT.

USAGE:   PR_UWND  ( SPED, DRCT )

   Input parameters:
      SPED            REAL            Wind speed
      DRCT            REAL            Wind direc

   Output parameters:
      PR_UWND         REAL            U component
