PR_HGSF

The PR_HGSF function computes HGFT from HGML.

USAGE:   PR_PR_HGSF(HGML)

   Input parameters:
      HGML            REAL            Height in statute miles  

   Output parameters:
      PR_HGSF         REAL            Height in feet
