PR_DWDP

The PR_DWDP function computes DWPX from TMPX and DPDX, both of
            which must be in the same units (Celsius, Kelvin,
            or Fahrenheit).  DWPX will be calculated in these units.

USAGE:   PR_DWDP(TMPX,DPDX)

   Input parameters:
      TMPX            REAL            Temperature
      DPDX            REAL            Dewpoint depression

   Output parameters:
      PR_DWDP         REAL            Dewpoint
