Use the DBNet log files. DBNet writes many messages to the
log file. Most of the time the answer to your problem is in the log file, the
trick is finding it. DBNet maintains three log files:
- dbnet.log.yyyymmdd which contains the general error messages from DBNet.
- IFS.log.yyyymmdd which contains the messages from IFSP.
- monitor.log.yyyymmdd which contains the monitor server data.
Most messages written to the DBNet log file contain a severity code. The lower the code the more significant the error.
