This subdirectory is the work of Young Kwon 
for obtaining the atmospheric forcing data. 

This subdirectory ./sorc/hwrf_bin_io.fd/ 
was copied from the directory on MIST  
/global/save/hurpara/HWRFV2/BIN_3D/
The name of the executable in the makefile was changed
from  hwrf_bin_io.exe to hwrf_bin_io
The path variable WRFPATH in the makefile was changed.
