TASK output
PURPOSE: Delivers the wrfdiag files to COM, plus a number of other
files required either by the next HWRF cycle, or by HWRF developers
for diagnosing problems. The only files with downstream usage are the
three wrfdiag files. However, the various other files must be
delivered before the hwrf[1-7]/init families start.
Events
wrfdiag - set after the wrfdiag files are delivered to COM. These
are the files required by the NCEP Hurricane Wave model, along
with the track which has already been delivered by this point.
