This is member 24 of the HWRF forty-member data assimilation ensemble, known as ENSDA. This ensemble is only run when the next cycle of the same storm will have a NOAA Hurricane Hunter aircraft flight through it. In those rare circumstances, the ENSDA will be used by the gsi_d02 and gsi_d03 jobs in the next cycle to judge the forecast error covariances. TRIGGER NOTES: These jobs are grouped into four groups of ten. The triggers are set up so one group will run at a time, but this is not necessary.
