gldas_run.sh yyyymmdd [yyyymmdd2]


run gldas from yyyymmdd 00z to yyyymmdd2 00z (default is 24 hr, gldas fy19 designed for 72 hr).
to start gldas 00z need forcing of t18z.f06 from the previous day.

call gldas_get_data.sh 
call gldas_forcing.sh
generate 4 days forcing starting previous day (day0, day1, day2)

setup rundir
link forcing direcroty
link fix fields
link LIS executable
link restart file (if not exist then generate restart from sfcanl) 

call gldas_liscrd.sh
generate configure file lis.crd

create lsf job submission file
LIS.lsf

after completion gldas run, LIS.lsf call gldas_archive.sh to form output directories and files
call gldas_archive.sh

export COMDIR=/land/noscrub/$USER/gldas.T1534.igbp.2019/output

$COMDIR/gldas.day1 - all diagnostics lis output
$COMDIR/gldas.day2 - noah.rst.day2 for next day gldas restart
$COMDIR/gldas.day3 - gdas.t00z.sfcanl.nemsio.gldas.day3 for next cycle gfs restart
