Updated to version 7.0.0 with following change:
1. Major code merge. 
2. Updated module configuration.
3. Unified makefile is available by running makefile.sh. 
4. Generated libnceppost.a post library file.
5. All *.mod file has been moved to include sub directory.
6. Type ./build_wcoss.sh for build using module in WCOSS phase2.
7. Type ./makefile.sh for unified build on platform independent.
