Inform/Acknowledge Template for Redistribution of WMO Resolution 40 SYNOP Data

This is an agreement between
<NAME OF USER>,

an authorized user of restricted WMO Resolution 40 SYNOP data,

and <NAME OF RECIPIENT>,
an allowable recipient of such data.

SYNOP data under WMO Resolution 40 is restricted in that it can
only 
 be made available to
persons within U.S. government agencies, 

educational institutions, or research groups.  Under no circumstances can

it be made available for use by commercial organizations.
  This restriction does not have an
expiration and therefore lasts indefinitely.


As a condition of receiving access to this data, the recipient hereby

acknowledges understanding of this restriction and agrees to abide by it.
