Tide Gauge Data Decoder

IMPORTANT: If you haven't already done so, be sure to read the overview document that contains information relevant to all of the NCEP decoders!

The NCEP Tide Gauge Data Decoder parses reports of the following format into the NCEP Decoder Interface Format:

WMO FM 95-XII CREX

Known Problem.

The sequence descriptor D06020 has been modified in the local CREX Table D. In the list of descriptors D06020 defines, the element descriptor B04075 has been replaced with B04025. This was done because the time period is reported as 0030 (4 characters) in the tide gauge CREX data report. B04075 is the element descriptor for a 2 character short time period or displacement, whereas B04025 is the descriptor for the 4 character time period or displacement.
