The following upgrades have been implemented during 2006:

• USA (other)[non-NWS stations] and Canada groups were added.
  
• The USA group was renamed USA (NWS), and the Int'l group was renamed Latin America.
  
• Stations that report sig wind data in parts TTBB and TTDD now get proper credit.
  
• Any appropriate non-catalogued stations will be displayed after the catalogued stations.
  
• Links to previous "Thanks" reports now list in a colorful table organized in daily rows instead of a long single-file list.
• Link to a "Thanks" Criteria document has been added.
