About the Decadal Raob Data Manual Quality Control (QC) Reports

   
Each Decadal Raob Data Manual QC Report is a compilation of raob
citation entries made in the Senior Duty Meteorologist (SDM) daily
logs covering a ten-day (decade of days) period.  There are three
issues during each calendar month which cover the first ten days,
the second ten days, and the remainder of the month (not always 
exactly ten days).

These reports include citations of all kinds for only full-fledged NWS
raob stations and are divided by NWS regions.  Within each region,
stations are listed in ascending WMO # indentifier order; and within
each station, the citations are listed chronologically.  At the end of
each region's listing, any stations that had no citations during the
specified decade are listed so that a full accounting of all NWS raob
stations can be provided.
