WHO: NCEP, NWSTG, NCF, Southern, Eastern, and Western Region
REASON: Southern Region - Moderate risk of severe weather with strong tornadoes, large hail, and damaging wind expected across the Tennessee Valley and Southeast. Eastern Region - Developing nor'easter with impacts in the Mid-Atlantic and New England from heavy rain, snow, and strong wind potential. Western Region - Developing atmospheric river event with excessive rainfall over portions of central/southern California.
