src_mosaic_v5.4 details

- The code was a copy of src_mosaic_v5.3
- LCREF product was redefined.  In previous versions, LCREF
was the CREF limited to 4 lowest kmMSL.  LCREF is now defined
as the CREF limited to the 4 lowest kmAGL
