             GTS message-> /dcom/us007003/YYYYMMDD/wtxtbul/ukmet_tropical_storms
             note - GTS Message is internally hard-coded in source
             (00 - 126 forecast hours)
output:      ATCF objective aid format file -> ukmet.dat


CALLS:

sample calling sequence:

ukmet.x al012005.com > ukmet.log

output is: bamadv.dat (overwritten each run)
ukmet.dat is individually merged into aal012005.dat with the rest of the
objective guidance.

BUILD:

make - compile and build executable
make clean - remove object code and executable
make install - install executables
