IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS ON WCOSS2
Go to your emc/couple/noscrub/$USER directory
 cd <topdir>
 git clone --branch feature_v2.0  https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/glwu.git glwu.v2.0.0
 cd glwu.v2.0.0
 git submodule update --init --recursive

 cd sorc
 >> ./get_externals.sh
 >>./make.all.sh >& glwu.compile.log
 An exec/ folder should be created in the main directory after this step

  ***VERY IMPORTANT*** DELETE any wave_glwu*.moddef.* files in the fix directory,
    these should be generated when the system is run for the first time.

 TESTING INSTRUCTIONS WITH RETROSPECTIVE RUNS

 cd dev/lsf_scripts      
Set setting to Retrospective runs :
 >>  vi glwu.cron
     export RetroRun=YES

Set date: 
>>vi PDY_glwu 
  export PDY=20220201
  export cyc=01
Run code
>> bash glwu.cron v2.0.0
  When your run is complete, your output would be available here: /lfs/h2/emc/couple/noscrub/${USER}/GLWU/com/glwu/v2.0.0/
  Compare output to the real time run archive on WCOSS2  available at:     /lfs/h2/emc/couple/noscrub/saeideh.banihashemi/GLWU/com/sample_output/glwu.20220201
