New/expanded model data sets from
NCEP CCS to TOC ftp servers

1. Ensemble upgrade

Implementation date: 9 March 2004

The GRIB data from the individual ensemble members are not increasing in size with this implementation. Users who access these files will notice no change to their size, however the quality of the forecast is expected to improve as higher resolution data are being used to create them. The product files produced from these runs will however increase in size. The total file size changes along with the new products indicates an increase of approximately ~550 MB per cycle. The directory and file names are as follows:
